"Musabakat" is an online platform that integrates education with practice through interactive competitions aimed at children and students aged 6 to 18. It focuses on developing thinking skills, connecting knowledge with real life, and encouraging learners to apply what they learn to solve practical problems. The platform provides a motivating environment through prizes and certificates awarded to outstanding participants, aiming to foster a love of learning and applying science and knowledge in daily life.

By using the platform or registering your child, you (as the guardian or responsible user) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the privacy policy.

1. Registration and Account Usage:

- Registration is available for students aged 6 to 18 and must be done under the supervision and approval of the guardian.
- Basic data is collected: name, age, and a contact method (such as guardian’s phone number or email address).
- Accurate and correct data must be entered. Any attempt to register using false or impersonated information is a clear violation.
- A child under 13 may not create an account without guardian approval, in accordance with child protection laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K.

2. Nature of Competitions:

- The platform offers periodic competitions in educational and entertaining fields.
- Each competition has specific conditions (such as age group, start date, duration, required skills).
- The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any competition at any time, with a clear announcement published on the site.

3. Prizes:

- Prizes include tangible items and/or electronic certificates depending on the participant’s results, and are delivered electronically to qualified winners after verifying their results.
- Prizes vary depending on the type of competition and may include: medals, trophies, electronic games, mobile phones, electronic certificates, or other awards.
- Prizes are awarded only after confirming that winning conditions are met.
- Prizes are delivered electronically or via registered contact methods, in coordination with the guardian.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The platform reserves the right to withhold the prize in case of a confirmed violation of the competition terms.

4. Acceptable Conduct:

- Participants must comply with each competition’s rules and specific instructions.
- Cheating or using any illegal means to win is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for non-educational, illegal, or system-violating purposes is forbidden.
- The platform has the right to suspend or delete any account if a violation or inappropriate behavior is detected.

5. Copyright:

- All content on the platform (designs, questions, games, logos, competition names, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.
- Copying or using any part of the data or website is not allowed without prior written permission.
- All intellectual property rights (software, design, logos, educational content, competition questions) are the exclusive property of Musabakat.

6. Payment and Subscription:

- Some competitions may require a nominal participation fee, which is clearly displayed before registration.
- Payment is made electronically through secure methods.
- A refund can be requested within 48 hours of payment if the child has not actually participated in the competition.
- No refunds are issued after the competition starts or after materials or questions are sent.
- Participation does not guarantee winning or receiving a prize.

7. Modifications:

- The platform administration reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.
- In case of substantial changes, a clear notice will be published within the platform for 7 days from the date the changes take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after the change constitutes explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
