- Contact details may be used to communicate with the guardian only when necessary.

6. User Rights
- Users can request account deletion or data modification by contacting support.
- A guardian can request the deletion of their child’s data upon verifying their identity as the legal guardian.
Prizes:
1. Prizes may include physical items announced at the time of the competition launch, and electronic certificates or certificates only depending on the participant’s results, delivered electronically after verifying results.
2. Prizes may include medals, trophies, electronic games, mobile phones, digital certificates, or other items depending on the competition.
3. Prizes will only be awarded after ensuring that all eligibility conditions are met.
4. Physical prizes will be shipped to winners, and the winning student bears the full shipping cost.
5. Prizes are delivered either electronically or via registered contact channels, coordinated with the guardian.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The platform reserves the right to withhold a prize in the case of any rule violation.
- Acceptable Conduct:
1. Participants must comply with the rules and instructions of each competition.
2. Cheating or using any illegal methods to win is strictly prohibited.
3. The website may not be used for any purpose other than educational, or for any unlawful activity.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation or inappropriate behavior.
- Intellectual Property Rights:
1. All content on the site (designs, questions, games, logos, competition names, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.
2. No part of the content or site may be copied or used without prior written permission.
3. All intellectual property rights (software, design, logos, educational content, competition questions) are the exclusive property of "Musabakat," owned by Innovative Technology Company.
- Payment and Subscription:
1. All subscriptions purchased through the Musabakat website are confirmed via email.
2. Some competitions may require a small participation fee, clearly stated before registration.
3. Free competitions are occasionally announced.
4. Payments are made electronically through secure payment methods.
5. Participation in a competition does not guarantee winning or receiving a prize.
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available within seven (7) days from the date of subscription and payment.
- Refund Process:
1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified refund period.
2. Upon approval, the refund amount will be returned via the original payment method , and the administrative fees will be deducted from the original amount.
3. A request for refund or cancellation is allowed within a maximum of 7 business days from the subscription date, provided the service has not been used.
4. Issued codes or coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged, whether used or not.
- Exceptions:
1. No refund will be granted for subscriptions that have already been used, even partially.
2. No refund will be granted for purchases made in error or due to a misunderstanding by the customer if the refund is requested after 7 days.
3. If a participant fails to attend the scheduled test, no rescheduling, refund, or certificate will be granted.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable, and tests cannot be rescheduled or compensated. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure availability at the scheduled time.
- Modifications:
1. The platform’s administration reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time.
2. If major modifications are made, a clear notice will be displayed on the platform for 7 days before the changes take effect.
3. Continued use of the platform after any modifications is considered explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
4. The organizer reserves the right to change competition or event dates due to unforeseen circumstances or organizational changes, without any legal liability.
- Absence from Training or Test:
If a participant is absent from any booked training or test session, they are not entitled to request a refund.
- VAT:
All prices shown are subject to 15% VAT, which will be added automatically to the total invoice.
- Refund Fees:
Any administrative or refund-related fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refund Validity Period:
1. Customers are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of subscription, subject to the above-mentioned terms.
2. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of subscription.
